Giving Tuesday at the Abode

Dear Friends:

It’s #givingtuesday. Now in its sixth year, Giving Tuesday has become a focal point for giving back, paying forward and other acts of philanthropy and community spirit.

At the Abode, we will be donating the proceeds from last week’s Thanksgiving dinner to Charlie’s Pantry, a food bank serving the community around the Abode.

We have also been the recipients of generosity: The Abode has received a grant to fund part of the cost of remedying moisture issues that have long plagued Quddus, our Meditation Hall. We are aiming to begin the work, which will seal and insulate the crawl space beneath the building, after New Years.

Today, would you please consider making a gift to help fund this rehabilitation of our primary spiritual center?  Your donation to the Abode Re:Vision fund will be targeted towards this project, and be a gift that benefits all who gather in Quddus.
