We serve the well-being of others, by offering classes, retreats and gatherings that create a time to pause and reflect with guidance from sacred teachings, creative process, Earth based initiatives and contemplation.

You can book a stay for a large group, visit the Abode for the day, or look to our current offerings. However you wish to be a part of the Abode, make it your own sanctuary.
The Abode is a Sanctuary
We believe deeply in the process of orientation in nature and that the preservation of our Earth’s wild spaces is fundamental to its future. Located where the Berkshire Mountains meet the Taconic Hills, the magnificent property of Mount Lebanon and its surrounding lands consists of over 300 acres of forest, field, and stream.
Beauty as observed in nature is an invitation to wonder about the deeper connections of all living things. From this space it becomes ever more evident that our natural world is deeply important to the understanding of the potential in all. We invite you to explore and experience that here.

Other days and times: If we are open for program and rentals that are scheduled on weekends, we will not have office hours.
